1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how the Provider collects and uses personal data when a person visits https://mlbr.io (the “Website”), creates an account, purchases a service, contacts support or participates in the online community.
The Provider is the controller of personal data for the purposes described in this Policy. Stripe and other providers may also act as independent controllers for their own regulated payment or compliance activities.
2. Data collected
Identity and contact data, such as name, email address, telephone number, country and account identifiers.
Order and transaction data, such as plan, price, currency, payment status, refund status and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. The Provider does not receive full card details.
Service-use data, such as login records, access entitlement, content-access events, support communications and community participation.
Technical data, such as IP address, device/browser information, security logs and cookie identifiers.
Consent and preference data, including marketing choices and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes of processing
To create and administer accounts, process orders, deliver access, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud and protect the service.

These providers may process data in countries outside the Customer’s residence or outside the UAE. The Provider uses contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the nature of the data.
5. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described, to maintain records of contracts and payments, to handle disputes and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
6. Data rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of their personal data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
